It is jointly sponsored by the Austrian Academy of Sciences and Hasumi International Research Foundation (HIRF), a non-profit organization conducting and supporting research in cancer vaccines.
The Symposium topics will include current and future vaccine strategies, tumor surveillance, tolerance, a careful look at the types of antigens, types of vaccines (i.e., peptides, vectors, whole cell, and cellular fragments), novel cancer vaccine adjuvants, delivery systems and the latest in cancer vaccine clinical trials in most major cancer types as well as how cancer vaccine clinical trials are monitored and evaluated.
The Symposium will be addressed to physicians and allied professions concerned with advancing cancer vaccines and immunotherapeutics. The Symposium is designed to provide a clear understanding of the current state-of-the art, perspectives and highlights of current and planned clinical trials.
