Hi,
Try to go into the following web site:
http://www.medschool.lsuhsc.edu/pharmacology/courses/medpharm/

It is a pharmacology course, I went through the different lectures and they are very good and explaining the bascis.
You can always go into a medical school book store and ask for the Course book for Pharmacology.
