Who sells the best TFA for use at 0.1% in HPLC solvents? I've had problems with consistency in my peptide separations, and would like to ensure that the TFA is not a question/issue in the future.

We generallly use Fluka, which you can buy through Sigma. But, here is an explanation of why you might be having issues.

I've solved the problem by switching to Pierce TFA in 1 ml ampules.

I just add an ampule to a 1 L bottle of HPLC-grade water. I use their formic acid in amps as well.
