Does anyone know a good volatile elution solution for immunoaffinity chromatography? I need something that can be removed by SpeedVac, leaving eluted antigen behind.

Pierce Elution Buffers
Pierce offers two elution buffers* for immunoaffinity chromatography: ImmunoPure IgG Elution Buffer (Product #s 21004 and 21009) and ImmunoPure Gentle Ag/Ab Elution Buffer (Product #s 21013 and 21027).

The ImmunoPure IgG Elution Buffer is pre-mixed for ease of use and has been purged with nitrogen to exclude oxygen. The absence of oxygen and a pH of 2.8 allow good reagent stability without using a preservative.

The ImmunoPure Gentle Ag/Ab Elution Buffer is designed to be an alternative to low- pH elution of proteins. Some monoclonals are unstable at low pH. The near-neutral pH Gentle Elution Buffer minimizes potential harm to fragile antibodies and antigens during recovery from affinity supports. Furthermore, the Gentle Elution Buffer eliminates the need to neutralize the pH of samples following elution.

*For elution of Mouse IgG1 from Protein A, Pierce suggests using Product # 21034, Mouse IgG1 Mild Elution Buffer.

A late response but it might still help.
