What do you think about creating a bioinformatics protocol section that would work like this:

1) protocol poster designs a workflow (for example in genome annotation) using workflow engine like Taverna

2) protocol author posts the xml document that defines the workflow and describes its inputs and outputs on S.S. protocol section

3) users find the protocols, download the XML doc, install the xml doc in their Taverna installation and run the the workflow

4) comments are posted on the protocol describes its usefulness.

sound good, bad??
