Does anyone have a detailed methodology for plaque assay of the stx2 bacteriophage?

Please check the following book:

Sambrook J., and D.W. Russell.2001
Molecular cloning: a laboratory manual, 3rd ed. Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Cold Spring Harbor. N.Y.

I hope it helps,

Ah thanks! Yeah the basic procedure applies but stx2 phage are a bit more difficult to plaque. We have plaque formation we are looking for methods to acheive larger plaques.
