Ihave been trying to amplify the HCV 3A GENOTYPE genes over the months .but the problem is .when i did amplify the HCV target genes and got there positive restricion and sequencing results after cloning the gene ...the same optimized primers were not able to amplify the fresh cDNA synthesizes from a HCV ELISA AND pcr POSITIVE 3A PATIENT......I M PRETTY MUCH WORRIED ABOUT IT PLZ GUIDE ME IN THIS REGARD ...THANX ALOT..
