I'll be starting some immunofluorescence assay development with Gemin 2 antibodies. I'm planning to screen the Sigma and Santa Cruz antibodies to see which works better. Anyone have any insight? Antigen retrieval? TSA amplification? High-salt wash? Anything at all...?
