Have there been any recent advancements made in blend sample thief designs that would reduce sampling errors?

GlobePharma developed a single dose unit that compresses the sample.

How does that work? Does it compress it right inside the thief?

it works basically very similar to a single punch tablet press, but obviously, granulation is not compressed as hard as a normal tablet.

Sounds interesting. I still can't quite picture it based solely on your description. Does Globe Pharma have a website?

Thanks. I just checked out the site and found the device. It looks similar to a small one station tablet press. They also have lots of different types of sampling thieves.
