Hello Everyone!!!!

I'm looking for information on human MHC class I molecule/allele, that is known to bind peptides with strongest affinity.

So if someone has any idea about which HLA allele is known to bind peptides with strongest affinity then please post it.

And in terms of peptide, I'm not looking for any specific peptide but just want to know if there is any general information available for human class I molecule/allele that is known to a good peptide grabber.

So if you can guide me to a web resource or research article, where I can locate this information, then I will be extremely thankful.

Crisspy

Here is a website for HLA Peptide Binding Predictions.

Is this what you asked?
