These protocols are taken from the Zeiss web site.
These protocols will be usefull for all that are starting doing FRAP.
It is mentioned that the Confocal Microscope that they are using is Zeiss Confocal LSM510 Microscope. I used it before and it very good microscope. I guess that one can use any other confocal with the same protocols.
