Just wanted to post my way of eluting protein from G-beads.

Elution Solution pH 6.8 (in 9ml):
total of 9ml
10% SDS - 4ml
0.5M Tris pH 6.8 - 2.5ml
Glycero - 2ml
0.2% Bromo Blue - 0.5ml
add 10% B-Mercapto before use

Do two elution steps -
25ul each at 37 deg for 10 min.
Combine the two elution.
