I would be so grateful if anyone could anyone tell me where I can find the protocol for immunohistochemistry of human adipose tissue starting at the tissue processing step?
Actually there are quite a number of journal articles related to this area, but it seems that none of them provide a detailed discription for this part.

Hi, That is almost the same procedure as the normal IHC. What you should pa attention is to be very carefulfor each step. what do you want to detect in human adipose tissue?
