SyproRuby protein gel staining protocol
(compatible for Mass Spec)
1. Fixation: 45 min hours in 10% Methanol/7% acetic acid
2. Wash steps: 3x 10 min. in water
3. Staining: Stain the gel for 3 hours till over night
4. Wash steps: 45min in 10% Methanol/7% acetic acid.
5. Wash gel 3 times in DDwater before imaging
6. Image in regular UV lamp and scan
