I was doing a bit of research into HSP90 the other day as this will most likely be the focus of my honours degree next year, anyway. I came across an entire forum dedicated to hsp90 but I can't seem to find it again (I was in a rush and not on my own computer so I couldn't bookmark it). Does anybody know of this forum ?
Thanks.

What do you mean by "over here" ?
No I don't yet as much, but seeing as though I'll be working with HSP90 next year I thought it would be a good resource to have.

Guy,
Do you have any literature/knowledge of Hsp90 client proteins specifically in breast cancer ?
Thanks

There are alot of client protein to HSP90 You can look into all of the cochaperones. One that is lately in focus in Aha1, I am working on an siRNA and it is so interesting. As regard to Brest Cancer, to name one CHK1, I did a pub med here are the results: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?CMD=search&DB=PubMed

Yeah there are heaps, nearly 100 I have read from one source.
That link doesn't work, what search terms did you use ? I'll check out pubmed now too, I had forgotten about it.
You're working on a siRNA in the context of Hsp90 ?
