Does anyone know if different stains of HEK293 matters when we do the rAAV packaging?

I got a different HEK293 strain that differs from my colleagues who usually use for rAAV packaging. I am wondering if mine will work as well or I had better use theirs.
The reason that I don't like to use theirs is because their HEK293 cells tend to cluster very much.

Anyone has idea??

Thanks

Stratagene has establised a modified HEK293 cell lines called AAV-293 for the making the rAAV. They claim this is much better than regular HEK293 cells.
