Hi all.

Could anyone suggest a homobifunctional protein cross-linker that will work at pH around 2. This is for quaternary structure analysis. Thanks in advance

Crosslinkers are generally made to fuction near physiologic pH (for obvious reasons), so I don't have an answer for you. You might try checking the book Bioconjugate Techniques by Greg Hermanson - it's the bible for crosslinking chemistry.
