Dear friends,
I have been doing some research about HBV DNA mutation and genotyping. Can anyone suggest me the technique for amplification of full genome HBV? I've tried Stuyver methods (2000, J. Gen. Vir. 81:67-74), but all my HBV core DNA positive samples gave negative result.

Thanks,
