We recently put together a software program for in-silico or what we are calling virtual PCR. Right now we have it working for a wide range of bacteria (limited to those that have been sequenced). It can be accessed via our homepage http://liru.ars.usda.gov just an interesting application to start off this forum ;-)

Scott:

How do you access the bacterial genomes that are listed at your site?
