I am looking for suggestions for Molecular Biology Contract Testing Laboratories to perform my cloning work. I am interested in transforming a Bacillus species with an 8kb plasmid, but I'm not having very much success with standard electroporation techniques. We are attempting conjugation and protoplasting techniques but would like to find an outside contract lab to do some parallel testing. Please indicate any molecular biology contracts labs you know about and your positive or negative experiences working with them.
