Hi microbiologists! I am looking for Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains which are deficient in 1. catalase expression 2. pyocyanin production. If anybody knows in which culture collections are strains like these deposited and which are their cataloge numbers, please write me them, it would be a great help! thanks in advance Balazs

Your best bet may be contacting research laboratories with these strains. Search publications using these strains and contact the researchers.

Here is a paper that uses a catalase negative P. aeruginosa

Here is a paper using a pyocyanin negative mutant.
