With the UNOS guidelines changing such that it will now be required to provide a clear definition of the unacceptable antigens and frequencies, speficity issues with current methods will not address the issues. What true Single Antigen methods are in development by industry or transplant centers? I am aware of One Lambda's Flow but what else is out there or coming that will truly improve the process and result?
