hi, all. im evaluating trace metals in fats and oils, but dunno how to prepare the samples.
i tried to dissolve 5 g oils in aqua regia, but it didnt really work.

does anyone have experience with direct determination using GFAAS for oils? would be thankful for some tips.

Have you tried injecting them directly into the furnace? --or maybe dilute with a little solvent. Not sure what to suggest for a temperature program.
