I agree with Cfish,But, :-)I tryed some and it didnt help. Camomile didnt help.What helps me is Meditation.Just trying to relex.I am not in a habbit taking any pills, I always prefer something natural.
i do yoga. it helps big time
Change in Environment as well as positive attitude also helps in relieving tension
Avoid repeated thinking, change of work will lead to rest and also it will help in tension
