Hello!
Does anyone have good references for multiphoton excitation of the fluorophore Venus?
I know that theoretically the two-photon excitation is double the wavelength of the 'normal' excitation wavelength, but I also know that in practice there is a lot of tweaking of settings involved.
Any advice would be most welcome!
Cheers
