Has anyone come across a resource that provides the genome annotations for Rice that include RNA genes? All the annotations I have found to date are for protein-coding genes.

I contacted someone at the IRGSP and they sent me a GFF file containing the coordinates. I am happy to pass it along to anyone requesting it. You can also email them directly (you can find contact information on their website.
