For a substrate called: Srctide with the sequence: KVEKIGEGTYGVVY which belongs to the family Tyr Kinases. which residue represent the site of phosphorylation?

I'm glad I could help CBS has other prediction servers as well: http://www.cbs.dtu.dk/services/(glycosylation, acetylation, signal peptides,...) try out some of those as well
