Have anyone tried dye transfer (esp. in cardiomyoctyes) using cell permeable dye? (so that I don't have to puncture the cells)
I don't want to use cell impermeable dye like Lucifer Yellow or Ethidium Bromide?

What is the purpose of teh dye? Do you want to stain specific organelle?
