I'm looking for someone who might be able to "mentor" me a bit in using FAAS to determine manganese levels in plant and animal matter. I"m actually a physiologist that attempting to use this instrument with no training to complete a diet study on manatees and I'm struggling quite a bit. If anyone would be willing to spend a little time with me, it would be greatly appreicated! Specifically, I'm having trouble with large amounts of variability in the instrument, creating a calibration curve, and decoding my results. Thanks so much in advance!
