Try to contact directly the author. You can easily see from medline that he still publish from Helsinki University in Finland. you can try to retrieve his e-mail from a recent article or search him on the official web site of his Univ or Hospital.

Are you affiliated with an institution? e.g. University or Drug Company.
If so your library should be able to order you a copy.
Another idea if you cannot contact the author is to write directly to the journal to see if you can get a reprint. |

You might want to go to the Alerts at the end of the tool bar on the Scientist Solutions Home Page and sign up and put in your key words. It is a different search engine than what PubMed uses and it might find your article for you quickly. It is free to use the Scientist Solutions Alerts |
