What is the E. coli strain that could be used to host the pHANNIBAL vector developed by CSIRO of Australia? Thanks

Hi, Nucleo77 the strain that you applied was derived from k12.do you use from correct method for transformation? it is possible because of bad transformation or medium elements, they will began to destroyed. also you must add appropriate antibiotic(s) at medium, did you add any? I think ampicilin is the appropriate antibiotic that you add with 1mg/mL concentration. with best greetings behrooz
