Hi, I have a very frustration problem here.
I am doing voltage clamp on isolated cells. I am using HEKA system. I sometimes can get seal but I can seldom getting whole cell. Using the same solution (pipette and bath) and same cells, the other guy using AXON has no problem getting seal and getting whole cell. I tried the AXON on his set up, and I am also ok getting seal and whole cell. I tried HEK cell on my setup, it is very easy to get seal and getting whole cell, using exactly the same solution.

Any suggestion will be appreciated!
Thanks!
