Hi everyone,

I am a student of computer science and i am working with protien sequence to detect it as it is secreted in blood or not .
so i have to findout
a)signal peptide
b)transmembrain domain
c)Glycosilation site
and have to calculate hydropobicity and polarity of the protien sequence from the sequence only.

Can anyone please let me know, how i should find this things from a protien sequence only
or any references?
