how design of experiments are done for hplc method development. pleaze give the suggestions regarding which type of DOE are most suitable.

This is a very general question.  If you understand DOE then you know that there are many options.  I think a simple 2 level factorial design is easy if you only have tthree variables (8 experiments).  I always like to add a center point so the total rimber experiments  is 9. 

If you have software, then you can do more complex experiments, but this is very expensive.
