 hi, i m salya

i m a student.now , i doing a research about hyperglycemic but now I facing some problem.I already induce stz via tail vein 50mg with 0.9 normal saline but is not working.I already take blood sample for 3 weeks still showing normal blood glucose..

pls help me?
