 I use MCF-10A cell line (human epithelial cell). I should starvation of cell for cell adhesion. So Which one protocol is available for MCF-10A. Which medium is the best for starvation? E.g: Can I use serum free-medium to starved  MCF-10A cells? Thank you... Please give immediate answers.

 Hi  Dennis

Starvation is performed in your base medium without serum. The duration of starvation is varaible between 2 h to 48 h. So check accordingly as per required by yr experiment.
