 Hello! I would like to detect human intracellular IFNb by Western Blot. Does anybody know a protocol or suitable antibody. Also, do you know if it is feasable to detect IFNb from cell lysates by ELISA? Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Kafi

A colleague of mine used this Abcam antibody a while back.  I don't have a protocol but it apparently worked well.  I'll see if I can get the dilutions he used.

It is certainly possible to detect IFNb in lysate.
