Hello everybody,

i have been doing hydroxyproline amount in cell culture supernatant. my problem is absorbance readings for my standard are too low. even at 10 ug/ml my reading is around 0.059. therefore, i get a big amount for my samples. As i know that the amount of collagen produced is very little in cell culture. hope anyone can help me.can i know normally what is the reading at 10 ug/ml?. i don't know where else i need to refer. For your information my readings increased in accordance with the concentration

Thank you.
