Hi,
   I want to do an ADCC (antibody dependant cell-mediated cytotoxicity) experiement with virus infected cells. I saw in protocols that IL-2 stimulation was required for LAK activity against tumors but do I need to stimulate them to kill virus infected cells? Plus, since my cells are an immortalized cell line, technically their a tumor... would it mean that IL-2 stimulated cells would kill my cells anyways (infected or not)?
