Does anyone specifically know the neurological processes involved in motivation? Which neurotransmitters are involved in initiating activity, particularly establishing new routines? Are there non-pharmacological approaches to alter the neurotransmitters to assist clients with initiating activity?

Thank you for your assistance / referrals.
