Can anybody explain me how to conduct G-CSF Bioassay on mouse. If anyone can give me the method of this bioassay will help me a lot.

Do you know what you would like your endpoint ot be?

If you inject G-CSF you will get a large increase in neutrophil production. Bone marrow cellularity will increase, but only about 1.5-fold. the number of immature and mature neutrohpils will increase dramatically. Hematopoiesis will shift to the spleen and its size (cellularity) will increase greatly. Blood levels of neutrophils will also increase greatly. All these are measurable parameters.

Thanx for your reply, actually i wanted to know about any specific assay method, which is given by any pharmacopia for the testing of drug before puting every batch in market (a specific assay as a pharmacopial requirement)
