Dear All,
lately I had some problems with my protein samles for 2D.
The images were not clean lots of strikes etc,
As my sample contains 1MNaCl it is needed to be dialysed so I did dialysis fo 24 hour but still the image wasnt clean.
I found that bio-rad cells a clean up kit which I used and the results are just great.
I wanted to share the information with all of you. I am attaching the Protocol, and the product information.
http://www.bio-rad.com/B2B/BioRad/literature/br_lit_category.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@1758074716.1148402991@@@@&BV_EngineID=cccdaddhlglildlcfngcfkmdhkkdflm.0&pageGroup=literature&prodName=Instruction+Manual,+ReadyPrep+2-D+Cleanup+Kit,+Rev+A&categoryPath=%2fLiterature%2fBio-Rad+Lit%2fLife+Science+Research%2fExpression+Proteomics%2fSample+Preparation%2fInstruction+Manuals&siteSection=divmanual&initRequest=yes

it is a long link, just copy paste all of it.
Hope it will help.
