anyone know of a good nuclear stain that doesn't require UV for visualization? our confocal doesn't have a UV laser...so i have use a deconvolving scope to look at dapi, but i would like the specificity of the confocal. i have to have a nuclear stain though in addition to dual antibody labelling.
