 Hi,

i am trying to do the comet assay.  My aim is to compare the antioxidant capacity.
I use H2O2 for give damage to cells. My problem is
I can not see  same effect all of the cells which  i gave the  of damage. Some part of cells  look comet while another part is look as if positive control.

In addition when i  examining the cells under fluorescent microscope i can see  cells in different focus . Does this common problem ?  What could be the reasons?

Could you please
 share your information with me
