I am growing COS7 cells for an experiment and have the cells in T-25 flasks and they have been growing nicely. When I look at them under the microscope I see lots of cells, covering nearly the entire surface of the flask. I need to know what would be the problem and transferring the cells to new flask will solve the problem?
