I would neet to perform the test of lymphocyte blast transformation using cytomegalovirus antigen instead of mitogen. Could somebody advice me which CMV antigen is suitable and where to get it?

Can you be more specific? But we mostly use CMV-IE1 or CMV-pp65 as antigens to detect the immunity.
