Now in its third year, the MNBC is the premier nanoscience and microtechnologies research and business event in the Pacific Northwest, bringing together the latest academic and national laboratory research, exciting startup companies, major industry, and early stage investment and tech transfer professionals for a fast-paced and highly networked 3 days devoted to commercialization of small tech innovation; perhaps the most critical issue for American competitiveness.

The conference site is: http://oregonstate.edu/conferences/MNBC/

Keynote speakers include: Dr. Celia Merzbacher, Executive Director of the Presidents Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, and White House liaison to the National Nanotechnology Initiative and Dr. James Huang of Boeing PhantomWorks will discuss how aerospace is leading the development of nanomaterials and technologies.

We will bring together leaders to focus on development of micro and nano technology for new products. Attendees will share ideas and findings, build collaborative networks, participate in working groups, exhibit commercial technologies and services, and help set agendas for developing new microproducts.
