Could you provide a list of best vectors for the display of the antibody fragments? considering the differences between the type of antibody fragments displayed e.g. Fab; scFv.

The baculovirus expression vector system is commonly used and recognized as a good system for expressing recombinant mammalian proteins.

There are hundreds of vectors for expression of antibody frgments, particularly scFv. Amjority of them ar actually antibody library. They are majorly avialable academically. So you have to contact them for non commercial uses. One commercial vector that is avialable for scFv is pCANTAB from Amersham bioscienece.
Vectors for expression of Fab in bacteria or in yeast are not so good. I hav used pCOMB 3H for expression of Fab in E.coli. But yield of Fab is very poor.
