hello everybody,
i am interested in imaging mouse peritoneal macrophages using acridine orange. can i get some suggestion regarding the wavelenghts to be used.

Complex Excitation -> Emision (nm)

Acridine Orange + DNA 502 -> 526

Acridine Orange + RNA 460 ->650

Acridine Orange, both DNA & RNA 440-480 -> 520-650

You may be best off finding your own optimal wavelenghts, if that's practical for you.
