Can anyone guide me how to go about making pathways of
"Antigen Presentation" for power point presentation.

If any one of you know a website that can help then that would be of great help. I know a couple of sites but they are asking for money, which I'm not in favor of.

So if someone know websites that offer pathway design free of charges then please post it.

You can do a Google search for exisiting powerpoint presentations on the subject:

You may be able to modify and work from something someone else has done.

Can you describe what you mean by "pathway design".

Figures from appriopriatly licenced open access journals can often be used with appriopriate attribution, eg.:
